The founder submits sector, stage, district, support needs, and consent. A MASI-style identifier is issued and the profile is stored for this browser.

Portal access (simulated sign-in)
No OTP or password — we only preserve the real-world sequence: after registration, the actor opens their portal.
- Access sets a lightweight “session” in localStorage and routes to the startup dashboard.

The engine scores mentors, incubators, investors, and schemes. Every row includes a plain-language reason.
